HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, items on sale are none refundable, only exchange. Items purcahed online please visit our Shipping/Returns page for our policies.

CAN YOU CHECK THE SIZE/COLOUR AVAILABILITY OF A PRODUCT FOR ME?

Yes, you most definitely can. If you have any questions related to our products you can simply email us at info@alizbay.com But also note that depending on sales or seasonal volumes, there may be a delay in response time.

I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER IS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PACKAGE? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Be sure to check your property, with your neighbours, or with any other members of your household. The package may have been left in a secure location if you weren’t around at the time of delivery. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll gladly get to the bottom of it.
